The breakfast buffet was a definite highlight, with numerous delicious options (I especially liked the fresh pastries!). Staff members were friendly and helpful with directions. the location was central so getting around was easy the breakfast was amazing with many options i could imagine i liked the customer service from the staff i found them helpful and serious.

i noticed the carpet in the hallway looked very dirty it left a bad impression about the overall cleanliness but the room itself was clean.

i found the location convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions and public transport was very close. i especially liked that the staff were so friendly and cute making my stay more enjoyable.

the hallway carpets looked quite worn needing replacement. it detracted slightly from the otherwise clean and modern feel of the hotel.

the room i had felt a bit cramped. storage for clothes was non-existent, and the carpets didn't seem very clean (i suspected some lingering crumbs from a previous guest). also, getting the shower temperature just right proved trickier than it should have been (it was like a game of hot and cold, but with water).
