Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I got faced the front side of the hotel, with glass walls and a big adult-size window that could open with no visible safety latches. While the room was clean, it felt quite small for two people and tended to get hot quickly. On the upside, the service was friendly and helpful, though they seemed unaware of the odd room setup. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of the train station and close to Palace Park and many restaurants. The dining experience was nice, with fresh and healthy dishes available. The facilities were decent, and the value for money was reasonable.
Despite booking a double bed room, it was a bit stuffy and lacked air circulation towards the front, small and basic for the price. The manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, with helpful and friendly English-speaking staff. The location is central in Oslo with easy access to most tourist attractions but may not be ideal for a good night's sleep. The dining experience, halfway between the central train station and city center, was exceptional, offering a great breakfast to start the day.
